Manage subscription

You can easily view, edit or cancel your active subscription via the billing section of the dashboard.

Note that the information below does not apply to the Personal plan.

Cancel my subscription

Cancelling your active subscription can be done via the billing settings. When cancelling your subscription, you will still have access to all the features you paid for, until your next renewal date.

Cancelling your subscription will not :

  • Delete any pro or non-pro actions from your flows
  • Change any pro settings from your flows
  • Delete any flows
  • Remove any members from your team

After your renewal date, all of the above will still be accurate until you edit a flow manually.

Changing plan

To change plan, you will first need to cancel your existing subscription. You will then be able to re-subscribe to the desired plan.

Managing billing information

All transactions are made off-site using Stripe. Managing your billing informations is also done via the Stripe dashboard. You can access these settings via the billing settings.
